In Life Coaching, the coach does not have the answers to the clients issues, the client does!  Through the use of powerful questions and diligent probing, the coach attempts to shine the light in the dark corners of the clients mind, will and emotions.  This light exposes the clients issues and brings them to the surface where they can be noticed and dealt with in the coaching session.

In areas of an individuals life where change of perspective or attitude are required…coaching can be the very catalyst that sparks that transition. Think of life coaching as having a personal cheerleader, mentor, and accountability partner all rolled into one.

Potential benefits of life coaching clarity and direction, increased confidence, improved relationships, improved work-life balance, personal growth, accountability and motivation, and happiness and fulfillment.
